Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and responding to their queries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting customers with their purchases, including answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and keeping the floor clean

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Prior work experience in retail or customer service, preferably with arenaflex
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience with arenaflex or other retail pharmacy chains
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
