Job Summary

As a live chat representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and professional support through live chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and courteous manner
  • Providing product information, answering questions, and addressing concerns
  • Handling sales-related conversations, including product demos and promotions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through live chat, email, and phone

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and courteous manner
  • Handle sales-related conversations, including product demos and promotions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in live chat software and CRM systems
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the construction industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of construction software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or technical support
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with sales and marketing principles
