Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Mastering our call script to sound professional and authentic when interacting with our valued customers
- Participating in ongoing training sessions to continuously grow and develop as a professional
- Maintaining our customer database with complete and accurate information
- Coordinating with dispatch and managers to ensure smooth coordination of service appointments and timely resolution of customer inquiries
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledging and resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions
- Scheduling service and sales appointments with our skilled technicians and knowledgeable consultants
- Managing inbound and outbound communications, including incoming calls and emails, as well as making outbound calls to follow up on service requests and sales inquiries
- Obtaining product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information about our offerings
- Processing orders and requests accurately and efficiently
- Recording customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Collaborating with colleagues to address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by striving to exceed customer expectations and providing professional customer support at every touchpoint
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of work experience in a professional environment
- Call center experience/Customer Service experience is required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Encouraging and motivating personality
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Self-motivation and discipline
- Ambitious and competitive nature
- Highly evolved customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer savvy competence
- HVAC industry knowledge or experience is a plus
