Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Mastering our call script to sound professional and authentic when interacting with our valued customers
  • Participating in ongoing training sessions to continuously grow and develop as a professional
  • Maintaining our customer database with complete and accurate information
  • Coordinating with dispatch and managers to ensure smooth coordination of service appointments and timely resolution of customer inquiries
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries, acknowledging and resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions
  • Scheduling service and sales appointments with our skilled technicians and knowledgeable consultants
  • Managing inbound and outbound communications, including incoming calls and emails, as well as making outbound calls to follow up on service requests and sales inquiries
  • Obtaining product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information about our offerings
  • Processing orders and requests accurately and efficiently
  • Recording customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Collaborating with colleagues to address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by striving to exceed customer expectations and providing professional customer support at every touchpoint

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of work experience in a professional environment
  • Call center experience/Customer Service experience is required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
  • Encouraging and motivating personality
  • Polished and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivation and discipline
  • Ambitious and competitive nature
  • Highly evolved customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer savvy competence
  • HVAC industry knowledge or experience is a plus
