Experienced Data Entry Administrator – Hybrid Role in New York City, NY at arenaflex

We're now seeking an experienced Data Entry Administrator to join our team in New York City, NY. As a Data Entry Administrator, you will play a crucial role in accurately recording real-time updates on bond issues, from initial announcement through to final pricing, and market reception. You will also be responsible for undertaking related database maintenance, using arenaflex's platform, historical data, proprietary metrics, and the Microsoft Office suite to create various daily and weekly reports for arenaflex's credit clients.

Responsibilities:

- Fast, accurate publishing of new bond terms and conditions and other public debt capital markets announcements, to a set format - Validate, source, and circulate details on new bond issuance, including specifics on pricing, demand and distribution - Record deal terms acquired from source documents and contacts into a database - Contribute to the production of arenaflex's credit reports and other credit initiatives during the Eastern time zone - Source and share information/content across other desks within the credit suite where required - Develop and maintain a deep regional contact base - Database maintenance, including scheduled and ad hoc backfilling projects

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of data entry experience (preferred) - Excellent written and spoken command of the English language - Excellent attention to detail - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word - Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Ability to cultivate relationships both internally and externally - Strong time management skills - A team player

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word - Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes - Strong time management and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of financial markets (although not a requirement) - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with data entry software and systems - Certification in data entry or a related field

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this role is $44,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
