Key Responsibilities
* Manage internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and effective communication with caregivers and clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of chat employment leads, including caregiver and client information
- Collaborate with caregivers and clients to resolve any issues or concerns related to chat employment leads
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of chat employment lead management
- Provide exceptional customer service to caregivers and clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded

Essential Qualifications
