About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Caregiver Lead Coordinator to join our team in New Kensington, PA. As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers and clients receive the best possible support and care. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our seniors.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers and clients receive timely and accurate information
- Keep the job posting open with visibility set to "Internal" to prevent it from going out to job boards
- Collaborate with our caregivers and clients to ensure seamless communication and support
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our caregivers and clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in caregiving and support
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve our caregiving and support services
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in caregiving, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
