Job Description
As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Managing internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and accurate communication with our caregivers and clients
- Maintaining a high level of visibility for the job posting, with the visibility set to "Internal" to prevent external job boards from accessing the posting
- Collaborating with our caregivers and clients to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and caregivers
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in care coordination and management
Key Responsibilities
* Manage internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and accurate communication with our caregivers and clients
- Maintain a high level of visibility for the job posting, with the visibility set to "Internal" to prevent external job boards from accessing the posting
- Collaborate with our caregivers and clients to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and caregivers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in care coordination and management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our caregivers and clients
- Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the employment lead management process
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in care coordination, management, or a related field
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with caregivers and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing demands
- Familiarity with AidQuest and internal chat employment lead management systems
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the senior care industry or a related field
- Certification in care coordination or management (e.g. CCM, CMC)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with caregivers and clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
