Job Summary

As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers are informed and engaged throughout the hiring process. You will work closely with our recruitment team to coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and maintain accurate records. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships with our caregivers, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers are informed and engaged throughout the hiring process

  • Coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with our caregivers, providing them with updates on the hiring process and addressing any concerns or questions they may have
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and hiring decisions
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure that all hiring processes are followed and that our caregivers are provided with the necessary support and resources
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our caregivers, ensuring that they feel valued, supported, and empowered to provide exceptional care to our clients

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or human resources role, preferably in the healthcare or social services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with caregivers and other stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with AidQuest or other similar platforms

  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry standards
  • Certification in a related field, such as human resources or recruitment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with caregivers and clients from diverse backgrounds
