Experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher – HVAC and Plumbing Industry

We're now seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service to our customers.
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department. You'll also be responsible for maintaining our customer database, making daily outbound phone calls, routing technicians based on location, and maintaining a positive team atmosphere with all members of the dispatch team. Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
- Maintain our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Make daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates
- Route technicians based on location to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Schedule:
* Wednesday: In-office at our Chantilly location from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
Qualifications:
* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
- Ability to type at least 70 words per minute
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
- Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

- Quiet workspace with minimal background noise
- arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone; candidates must provide their own equipment
