• Keeping the job posting open with internal visibility only
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
• Providing exceptional customer service to our caregivers and clients
• Analyzing and resolving any issues or concerns related to the chat lead system

Key Responsibilities

* Manage internal chat lead system, ensuring timely and effective communication between caregivers, clients, and internal teams

• Receive and process chat employment leads from AidQuest, maintaining accurate records and updating job postings as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns related to the chat lead system
• Provide exceptional customer service to our caregivers and clients, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze and resolve any issues or concerns related to the chat lead system, implementing process improvements as needed
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, caregivers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and support

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a care or healthcare setting

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment
