Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Basic accounting and data entry
- Accounts receivable
- Telephone customer service
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing our proprietary software to manage customer accounts and track orders
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
