As a Caregiver Lead, you'll be responsible for receiving and managing chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers are equipped to provide the highest level of care and support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Receive and manage chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our caregivers are equipped to provide the highest level of care and support to our clients

• Maintain open communication with AidQuest, ensuring that all leads are properly managed and followed up on
• Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure that all caregiver leads are properly screened and hired
• Develop and implement strategies to improve caregiver recruitment and retention
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
• Work closely with our care management team to ensure that all client needs are met and exceeded
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in caregiver recruitment and management

• Proven track record of success in acquiring and managing caregiver leads
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
