Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, both in-person and over the phone
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Promoting arenaflex's products and services to customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including overnights and weekends
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a convenience store or fueling station environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Experience with visual merchandising and store displays
