Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bethesda, MD. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales team members to understand customer needs and deliver personalized solutions - Participate in department meetings and actively contribute to discussions on improving customer service job performance - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide informed solutions to customers - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and sales goals - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and retention - Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a sales or retail environment - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
