Your Role

As an e-Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who interact with us through digital channels, including text, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Educating customers about our products and services, and helping them make informed decisions
  • Engaging with customers online, responding to reviews, and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Processing customer requests, logging details, and using our tracking software to manage jobs and changes
  • Partnering with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer support via digital correspondence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in the English language
  • Ability to write and communicate concisely, yet persuasively
  • Impressive customer service skills, with a focus on defusing situations and maintaining good rapport with customers without verbal communication
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to assist multiple customers at a time
  • Ability to think quickly, anticipate, and solve problems effectively
  • Demonstrated competency in Windows-based PC environment, internet, and use of automated systems
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Keyboard typing proficiency of at least 50 WPM

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, etc.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and/or customer support via digital correspondence
  • Prior experience in marketing
