Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Operating the register, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area
  • Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products and services to customers
  • Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and safe food preparation area
  • Maintaining store appearance and providing fast and friendly service to customers
  • Interacting with customers daily, responding to their needs and concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working collaboratively with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve sales goals
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance and adhering to arenaflex's attendance and punctuality policies

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals
  • Physical stamina to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working in a retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop a deep understanding of our offerings
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field
