• Keeping the job open with visibility set to "Internal" to prevent job postings from going out to job boards
• Collaborating with our recruitment team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of job leads and candidate interactions

Key Responsibilities

* Manage internal job leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and efficient processing
