Our one-year or less, intensive job training program provides a unique blend of in-classroom skill development, access to internships and job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. arenaflex participants also receive an educational stipend, enabling them to focus on their professional growth without financial burdens.

Program Highlights

Our program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm, arenaflex Placement. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to intern at top organizations in the Wilmington area, including Bank of America, Exelon Corporation, and JP Morgan Chase, among others. Our program is designed to equip you with the skills and confidence you need to launch a successful career in customer success.

Key Responsibilities

As an entry-level customer success professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and growth
  • Analyzing customer data to inform business decisions and improve customer outcomes
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

  • Be a high school graduate or GED recipient
  • Be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
  • Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
  • Not have obtained a Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or customer success
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
