Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assessing inbound calls to accurately and efficiently address member needs while maintaining a strong customer focus
  • Communicating with members in a warm, helpful, and professional manner, building credibility and rapport
  • Working as a team player, using available resources to provide the best outcome for members
  • Navigating multiple systems efficiently
  • Participating in ongoing training and self-development
  • Maintaining regular attendance and punctuality as scheduled and adhering to all company time and attendance policies
  • Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Two years of call center experience (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with extreme attention to detail and ownership
  • Advanced computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with typing skills of 30 WPM
  • Ability to have critical conversations with individuals while maintaining a professional environment
  • Residency within a 50-mile radius of the site

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with healthcare products and services
