Job Summary

As an experienced live chat support specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations. With full training provided, you'll be able to start work right away and set your own hours, as long as you commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on arenaflex's website and social media accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing concerns and providing solutions that meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to our team
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and policies to ensure accurate and informed responses

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using live chat software and social media platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Availability of at least 10 hours per week

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer support environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
