Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to live customer messages using a text-based support dashboard, providing timely and accurate solutions to customers' queries
- Help users resolve basic issues such as login errors, discount problems, and account access
- Guide customers to product pages, shipping info, and helpful content using chat templates
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support when needed
- Tag, summarize, and close chats according to internal SOPs
- Maintain a calm, consistent response tone throughout the night
