Responsibilities

As a Ticket/Gate Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Check-in Process: You will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a smooth and efficient check-in process, including verifying travel documentation and assisting with baggage check-in.
• Boarding Process: You will be responsible for managing the boarding process, including making gate announcements and ensuring that customers have accurate travel documentation.
• Seat Availability: You will be responsible for ensuring that seat availability is accurate and that customers are seated comfortably.
• Baggage Handling: You will be responsible for tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Loading Bridges and Aircraft Doors: You will be responsible for operating loading bridges and managing aircraft doors.
• Unaccompanied Minors and Disabled Passengers: You will be responsible for escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.
• Operational Hours: You will be required to work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on seniority and operational needs.

Requirements

To be successful as a Ticket/Gate Agent at arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Education: You must have a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
