Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide technical support, and ensure seamless enrollment processes. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver the highest level of customer service experience consistently through inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues and ensure seamless enrollment processes
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide innovative solutions
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Participate in extensive self-study, training, and testing to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date on industry developments
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- High level of professionalism, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work from home, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Personal device with a functioning camera required for the Training Period
- Minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with a hard-wired ethernet connection (cable/fiber broadband internet required; not compatible with mobile internet service providers or satellites)
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus
