arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team in New Mexico. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:- Answering incoming phone calls, chats, and/or emails in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting outreach phone calls and/or emails to engage with customers and resolve issues
- Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Recognizing and following call flows with scripts, ensuring that every customer interaction is consistent and effective
- Researching and reviewing customer inquiries, using multiple systems to find solutions and resolve issues
- Relaying research findings and outcomes to customers, ensuring that they are informed and satisfied
- Identifying and escalating appropriate issues to management, ensuring that every customer concern is addressed
- Clearly documenting call information and encounters in call logs, ensuring that every interaction is tracked and measured
- Recognizing and alerting management of risk and trends, ensuring that every customer interaction is safe and secure
- Quickly transitioning from one task to another, ensuring that every customer interaction is efficient and effective
- Maintaining a professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations
- Performing other duties as assigned, ensuring that every customer interaction is exceptional and memorable
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you will need:Basic Qualifications (Required Credentials)
- 2 years of Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
- 1 year of call center environment experience, with a strong understanding of call flows and scripts
- High School Diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service
- Proficiency with computers, including experience using the internet, email via Outlook, and other productivity tools
- Data entry experience, with a strong understanding of data management and tracking
- Listening, verbal, and written communication experience, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams) experience, with a strong understanding of productivity tools and software
- Internet access sufficient to handle calls received via the Internet, with a strong and reliable connection
- A quiet and private remote work location, with minimal distractions and interruptions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote call center environment, with a strong understanding of virtual communication tools and software
- Experience using CRM software, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management and tracking
- Experience working with diverse customer populations, with a strong understanding of cultural sensitivity and awareness
- Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques, with a strong ability to manage difficult customer interactions
