Job Summary

As a Virtual Benefits Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in connecting with individuals who need help understanding their coverage. You'll work closely with clients to walk them through their benefit options, answer questions, and help them get set up—all through virtual consultations. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct virtual client meetings to discuss available plans and answer questions

Essential Qualifications
