Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately and efficiently processing data using Microsoft Word, Open Office, or Google Docs
  • Conducting web-based research using Google searches and other online resources
  • Compiling research findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service via email and occasional phone interactions
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and meeting productivity requirements
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Familiarizing yourself with basic Google Docs and other arenaflex-approved software applications
  • Handling customer bill processing and other related tasks as needed

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Reliable Internet Connection:

A stable and fast internet connection is essential for this role.

Computer/Laptop or Phone Device:

You can use your preferred device as long as you can meet the Data Entry Clerk standards.

Typing Speed and Accuracy:

You should be able to type with speed and accuracy, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.

Data Processing Applications:

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Open Office, or Google Docs is required.

Motivation and Teamwork:

You should be motivated, friendly, and able to work effectively with team members.

Customer Service:

You will be required to provide exceptional customer service via email and occasional phone interactions.

Web-Based Research:

You should be able to conduct web-based research using Google searches and other online resources.

Integrity and Independence:

You must be able to work independently and with integrity, meeting productivity requirements and deadlines.

Optional Sales Skills:

While sales skills are not required, you may be interested in exploring our Sales Rep position for further opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:
