Experienced Full Stack Customer Success & Implementation Manager – Web & Cloud Application Development for the Oil & Gas Sector

As our first Customer Success hire, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey, from onboarding to long-term success. You'll work closely with our customers, helping them navigate our solution and ensuring they achieve their goals.
Your Mission
As our first Customer Success & Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible for owning the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term success. You'll work hands-on with our customers, guiding them through the implementation process, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes, and building strong relationships at all levels. Your work will have a direct real-world impact, and you'll play a key role in building the foundation for how we scale Customer Success going forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the full customer lifecycle: Own all post-sales activities, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and account health monitoring.
- Execute technical implementation: Handle the end-to-end setup for new customers, including data extraction, cleansing, and transformation.
- Be a trusted advisor on regulatory topics: Guide customers through compliance questions and help them navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
- Build strong relationships at all levels: Communicate with empathy and clarity to create long-term trust with customers, from field operators to senior management.

Requirements
* Skills & experience you will need: + Min. 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, e.g., customer success, account management, or consulting. + Strong Excel/data handling skills and a sharp analytical mindset. + Excellent people skills – you can navigate conversations with field operators just as well as with senior managers. + Fluent in both English and German.
