Experienced Customer Support Hero – Global Engagement Platform

As our Customer Support Hero, you'll play a vital role in helping our 400+ international clients, particularly in the US, get the most out of our cutting-edge engagement platform. Responsibilities:
As our Customer Support Hero, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support to our clients via chat, email, and phone, with a primary focus on US clients
- Maintaining and updating support resources, including articles, videos, and other materials, to ensure they're accurate and relevant
- Coordinating with the Product and Development teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Staying informed about new releases and updates, and ensuring that relevant support materials are up-to-date
- Collaborating with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless support and a positive experience for our clients
What We Expect from You:
We're looking for someone who is:
- Curious, action-oriented, and passionate about digital democracy
- A good communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn new ones
- Excited about inclusive democracy and citizen participation
- Analytical and enjoy learning from data
- Based in the US, ideally part-time, or able to cover Eastern US hours plus Australian/New Zealand mornings
