Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer service to arenaflex clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and answering queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Process data entries accurately and efficiently, meeting productivity targets and deadlines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in a related field an asset

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry systems an asset

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
