Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying customer inquiries, issues, and concerns. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling when required

Qualifications

We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences. To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or similar environment)
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
