Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Chat Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
• Providing detailed information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients to build strong relationships with their customers
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights into customer behavior and preferences
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the automotive industry
• Collaborating with our team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for our clients

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus)
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
• Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
• A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position

Training and Development

As a new team member, you'll receive comprehensive on-the-job training via Zoom, ensuring that you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role. Requirements

To apply for this role, you'll need to:

• Be available to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30pm EDT
• Have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
• Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred
• Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
