We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Remote Amazon Data Entry team. As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:- First Point of Contact: You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their queries via phone, SMS, or email.

- Query Resolution: You will refer queries and complaints to the relevant department and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Order Processing: You will assist customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and providing shipment details.
- Record Keeping: You will maintain accurate records of customers' complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:- Education: A High School Diploma is mandatory to apply. However, higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point.
- Language Proficiency: English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must to apply for this role.
