Daily Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our members and providers receive the highest level of service and support. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Resolving member or provider routine service inquiries, such as claims processing, member benefit education, contracting and credentialing requests, eligibility inquiries, and transportation arrangements
- Ensuring all HIPAA and State requirements/regulations are always adhered to
- Researching, following up, and resolving all open/pending issues in a timely manner to ensure member or provider satisfaction
- Building and strengthening member or provider relationships by providing quality customer service
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
Shift and Location
* Shift: Monday – Friday, shifts scheduled between 7am - 8pm
- Location: Fully Remote (must reside in Ohio)
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1+ year of call center OR healthcare experience
- Strong customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're particularly interested in candidates with:
- Managed care organization experience

Pay Details
* $17.00 - $18.00 an hour
