Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk and Survey Panelist, you'll play a critical role in collecting and processing data, while providing valuable insights to our clients. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with data analysis software, such as SPSS or R
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
  • Experience working with clients in a customer-facing role
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices
