Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting students and families in navigating the complexities of Florida scholarships and grants. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering calls from high school and college students, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues related to Florida scholarships and grants
- Providing accurate and timely information to students and families, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
- Utilizing computer systems and software to access and retrieve information, as well as to document interactions and resolve issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities
* Answer calls from high school and college students, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to Florida scholarships and grants
- Provide accurate and timely information to students and families, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
- Utilize computer systems and software to access and retrieve information, as well as to document interactions and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on Florida scholarships and grants, including eligibility requirements, application processes, and deadlines
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, families, and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive experience
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Comfortable using computers and software
- Experience working with customer support is a plus
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a professional work environment
