Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, support, and guidance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers, running the register, and cashiering with a smile
  • Making purchase suggestions and promoting our products and services
  • Working with our food program to provide a seamless shopping experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure seamless operations
  • Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
  • Thinking creatively to solve problems and improve processes
  • Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications

If you have:

  • Retail and customer service experience, particularly in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

Physical Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
