Job Summary

As a Temporary Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a temporary, remote role that will begin in June 2025, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

• Present solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Routinely and accurately document customer interactions in our company database
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Education/Skills

* Must have customer service or call center experience in an office setting

• Basic computer proficiency required
• Welcoming personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be solutions-oriented and able to solve problems independently
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Schedule/Pay

* Monday – Friday 1st shift: 10:00am – 7:00pm

• Pay up to $16.18/hr
