The Role As a Senior Presales Engineer, you will act as the technical lead throughout the sales cycle, partnering closely with enterprise sales teams and strategic customers. You will be responsible for delivering technical presentations, leading product demonstrations, running proof-of-concepts, and helping customers design scalable security architectures aligned to modern enterprise environments. This is a highly visible role working with some of the largest organisations in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise sales teams throughout the full customer lifecycle
- Deliver technical presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations
- Lead proof-of-concepts and technical evaluations
- Design and position enterprise network security architectures
- Act as a trusted advisor to CISOs, security teams, and infrastructure stakeholders
- Support RFPs, technical documentation, and solution design
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams
- Maintain deep technical expertise across networking and cybersecurity technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of Presales / Sales Engineering experience within cybersecurity or enterprise networking
- Strong knowledge of network security technologies including firewalls, SASE, Zero Trust, SD-WAN, or cloud security
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex sales environments
- Strong presentation and customer-facing communication skills
- Ability to translate technical challenges into business value
- Experience supporting large strategic accounts is highly desirable
