Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) division. In this critical role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, delivering high-impact intelligence that informs security decisions and drives operational excellence. You will act as a conduit between technical threat data and strategic business outcomes, ensuring that our clients have the insights they need to protect their environments effectively. This is an on-site, client-facing position located in Virginia. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our clients' digital assets. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Intelligence Synthesis: Correlate and analyze threat data from multiple sources to develop comprehensive understanding of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). You will transform raw data into meaningful intelligence that drives actionable outcomes.
- Strategic Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth, strategic, and operational research on adversarial cyber threats and threat actors. This includes analyzing threat actor motivations, attack methodologies, and emerging trends that could impact client environments.
- Threat Landscape Evaluation: Evaluate current and emerging tools, technologies, and best practices for tracking advanced threats, including TTPs of threat actors. Stay ahead of industry trends and provide recommendations for enhancing detection and response capabilities.
- Client Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling briefings and detailed reports to client leadership, security teams, and individual stakeholders. Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations tailored to diverse audiences.
- Executive Presentation: Present strategic and tactical intelligence about threat groups, their attack methodologies, and underlying motivations. Articulate the significance of findings in ways that resonate with both technical practitioners and executive decision-makers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a connector to arenaflex's extensive network of cybersecurity, threat intelligence, and information operations experts. Leverage collective expertise to deliver comprehensive solutions to client challenges.
- Methodology Development: Take complex, ambiguous topics and develop strategic frameworks that guide client security initiatives. Influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and persuasive communication.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, International Relations, or a related field.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Digital Threat Intelligence role within a client-facing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) methodologies and applications in one or more of the following functional areas: Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond,
