• *Job Summary**

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our Medical Services Quality Improvement program. You will work closely with our IT and data analysis teams to design, develop, and maintain data infrastructure that enables report automation for our quality improvement initiatives. Your expertise in data entry, data analysis, and data visualization will be essential in driving business insights and informing decision-making across our organization.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with our IT and data analysis teams to design, develop, and maintain data infrastructure that enables report automation for our quality improvement initiatives

• Supervise the delivery of Walgreens Health data and insights drives and projects, ensuring timely and accurate data ETL and data warehousing activities to meet Walgreens Health reporting and analysis requirements
• Plan, create, and deliver layered data bases and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects
• Develop data organizing and pre-processing standards for populating consistent and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both project business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements
• Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data sets from various internal Walgreens production system sources and external records
• Perform data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient qualification, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records)
• Create internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.)
• *Essential Qualifications**

• Verifiable, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts

• Experience designing and delivering reasonably isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake
• Experience providing data governance and presenting data rationalist semantic layer upgrades connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
• No less than 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management
• Ability to travel up to/no less than 5% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
