Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team, working under 4 hours a day, 4 days a week. This part-time role offers a competitive salary in the unit of hourly pay, with a variety of benefits including health, dental, paid training, and paid vacations. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Entering, updating, and maintaining information on our systems and databases
- Verifying the accuracy of data and correcting any discrepancies
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Generating reports and performing quality assurance checks
- Collaborating with other team members to improve data entry processes and efficiency
Requirements
* Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with data entry software and tools
