Key Responsibilities
As a Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing our systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer accounts
- Explaining and positioning our products and processes with customers in a clear and concise manner
- Escalating customer dissatisfaction with our managerial team to ensure timely resolution
- Ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation

Preferred Qualifications
