Experienced Live Stream Chat Moderator – Social Media Reputation Management and Community Moderation

We're seeking an experienced Live Stream Chat Moderator to join our team on a temporary part-time/ad-hoc basis. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in protecting arenaflex's brands and ensuring a positive social experience for all users while maintaining a safe and respectful online environment.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Live Stream Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for:

• Moderating live comments in accordance with client-specific guidelines, ensuring a friendly and civil chat environment.
• Carrying out moderation and training according to the project schedule, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Providing support to other moderators who need assistance, as well as mentoring new moderators and helping them develop their skills.
• Banning users/comments that violate tenets during HVE, making judgment calls regarding what is appropriate and taking decisive action when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent written communication skills in US English, with the ability to read between the lines and make informed decisions.
• The ability to work in fast-paced environments, multitask, and navigate a fast-moving live chat with ease.
• Assertiveness, discernment, and decisiveness when making judgment calls regarding what is appropriate.
• A strong understanding of social media platforms and online community management principles.
• Experience working in a similar role or in a related field, with a proven track record of maintaining a positive and respectful online environment.
