Job Summary
As a Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers via live chat. You'll provide exceptional support and guidance to our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and driving customer loyalty. This is a non-remote position, and you'll be working in our office environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our website, products, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Engage in dynamic conversations with customers, using your critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues and provide personalized solutions
- Work collaboratively with our team to meet individual and company benchmarks, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilize our web-based live chat console (Live Agent) to manage customer interactions and provide timely responses
- Continuously improve our customer experience by identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to our team
Requirements
* Typing Speed: Must be able to type 75+ WPM, with experience navigating website pages and quickly identifying information
- Communication Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and customer-focused, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
- Critical Thinking: Possess critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions
- Adaptability: Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
- Career Orientation: Career-oriented and professional, with a strong commitment to personal and professional growth
- Experience: Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate is a plus, with a strong background in customer-facing roles
- Language Skills: Fluent in multiple languages/bilingual is a plus, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
