Job Summary

As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, building lasting relationships with our members, and providing expert guidance on our comprehensive range of supplemental benefits. Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences

  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to ensure they meet the current needs of each client
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, and assist with claims or adjustments as required
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation, and perform necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Ambitious, motivated, and organized, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the supplemental benefits industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with Zoom or other video conferencing platforms
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products and benefits, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
