Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences
- Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to ensure they meet the current needs of each client
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
- Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, and assist with claims or adjustments as required
- Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation, and perform necessary updates on schedule
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and needs
