Job Summary
We're seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting customer and account data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking output
- Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Applying data program techniques and procedures
- Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Complying with data integrity and security policies
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Attention to detail
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
