Job Summary

As an In-Home Usage Tester, you'll be responsible for testing and providing feedback on various products and services. You'll work independently, following specific instructions and guidelines provided by our team. This is a unique opportunity to earn a competitive hourly rate, work from home, and gain valuable experience in the product testing industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)

• Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
• Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
• Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use arenaflex's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion® insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
• Participate in private chat rooms that are opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
• Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Requirements

* Ability to follow specific instructions

• Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit
• Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
• Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
• Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
• Honesty and reliability are essential
• Good communication skills are an asset
• 18 years or older
