Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote work environment. As a Data Entry specialist, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity with benefits, and no prior technical experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain information in databases with precision and efficiency - Monitor WAN links for stability - Monitor routers, switches - Provision IP Addresses, LAN/VLAN - Alerts and log monitoring - Preventative Health Checks - Incident Management - Reporting - Administer security and IAM - Participate in training programs to develop technical skills
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder) - No sponsorship available - Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills - Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients - Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher - Experience in data entry or a related field - Familiarity with Windows/Unix/Linux, Active Directory, Powershell, and Bash - Experience with Developer Tools, Wireshark, ServiceNow, Network Appliances, Load Balancers, Routers/Switches, Middleware, logs/alerts, Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers, Network Monitoring Systems, Network Diagnostic Commands, Incident management tools, and ITSL Processes & Tools
