Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer service calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy. Your primary goal will be to assist passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and travel policies, while resolving customer complaints in a courteous and effective manner. You'll also be responsible for providing accurate information about baggage policies, check-in, and airport services, as well as documenting interactions and follow-up actions in internal systems.
