A Day in the Life of an Order Management Specialist
As an Order Management Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, supporting both our account managers and customers. Your tasks will include:
* Coordinating orders and ensuring timely delivery
* Processing and submitting customer quotes
* Investigating and resolving customer concerns
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails
* Providing exceptional customer service, even in challenging situations
You'll be the voice of arenaflex, and your professionalism, kindness, and patience will turn even the most frustrated customers into loyal advocates. You'll be the key to our success, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
Qualifications for an Order Management Specialist
* 2 years of customer service experience
* Experience in the fastener, distribution, or manufacturing industries is helpful
* Exceptional customer service and phone skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Comfortable talking on the phone and building relationships with people
* Team-oriented and creative problem-solving skills

Work Schedule
